Razorpay is seeking a Senior Associate - Channel Partnership to join their team in Bangalore. Razorpay is a leading financial services organization committed to providing comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions to Indian businesses.This role involves:
- Communicating with incoming leads to understand their business use case and volume potential.
- Proposing suitable solutions using Razorpay payments products and services.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of core products and fintech market trends.
- Negotiating with clients and handling objections.
- Cross-selling and up-selling to clients.
- Owning end-to-end closure of opportunities and achieving sales targets.
- Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Ensuring maximum conversion rates and using sales tools effectively.
- Acting as a single point of contact for partners and driving timely resolution.
Requirements for this role include:
- 2-4 years of sales experience in SaaS or a B2B setup.
- Experience in the fintech industry (preferred).
- Experience handling partnerships or affiliate programs (preferred).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and technical aptitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
- Self-motivation, results-orientation, and problem-solving skills.
- Organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to present insights to senior management.
