Job Description
dbt Labs is seeking a VP of Finance & Strategy to lead financial planning, forecasting, and strategic finance functions. The company is scaling towards $250M ARR and preparing for a potential IPO. This role will partner with the CFO, CEO, and executive team to drive financial rigor and business insight.
Responsibilities:
- Build and mentor a world-class finance and strategy team.
- Elevate financial forecasting and capital allocation.
- Develop and operationalize an IPO readiness roadmap.
- Provide strategic counsel to the executive leadership team.
- Champion financial automation and systems.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in Finance, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Experience in high-growth SaaS companies (ideally at or beyond $500M ARR).
- Expertise in financial modeling and scenario planning.
- Proven leadership in scaling FP&A and Strategic Finance functions.
- Deep understanding of enterprise software go-to-market strategies.
