Job Description
dbt Labs is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to manage and nurture its enterprise customer base. The ideal candidate will be proactive, curious, and results-driven, focused on identifying new business opportunities and uncovering growth potential for clients. This role is based in the Northeast region (IL, IND, OH, or MI).
Role involves:
- Building, managing, and closing a pipeline of companies.
- Managing and deepening the dbt Cloud footprint in existing accounts.
- Engaging with technology partners and ecosystem service providers.
- Leading and contributing to team projects to develop the sales process.
- Working with product to build and maintain the dbt Cloud enterprise roadmap.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of closing experience in technology sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding annual targets.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Diligence and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for being an inclusive teammate.
- Experience with SQL or willingness to learn.
