Operations Supervisor

Job Description

Neuron is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Edmonton to lead field teams and manage its e-scooter fleet. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage daily operations and support a team of drivers.

What the role involves:

• Leading daily field operations and supporting a team of drivers.
• Overseeing scooter relocations, battery swaps, and service vehicle logistics.
• Coordinating routes and responding to on-the-ground challenges.
• Tracking performance and reporting key operational metrics.

Requirements:

• Leadership experience or a natural ability to guide teams.
• Previous experience in Mechanic and Safe driving.
• Strong knowledge of Edmonton's streets and high-traffic zones.
• Valid driver’s license (required).
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Able to lift 50–60 lbs and ride a scooter if needed.
• Tech-savvy, proactive, and team-oriented.
• Must be 25+.
