Job Description
RPA, an independent advertising agency that puts People First, is seeking an Assistant Digital Media Planner to join its digital media strategy team. The Assistant Media Planner will support the digital team on media planning, client deliverables, reporting, and coordination across teams. This is a hybrid position based in Santa Monica, CA, requiring in-office presence two days a week.
The role involves:
- Assisting in day-to-day communication with internal and external teams.
- Working on campaign reconciliation and billing.
- Compiling specs and trafficking documents.
- Participating in team brainstorms.
- Collaborating with Planners and Supervisor for digital plan development
- Assisting with creation of IOs within internal systems/tools and responsible for accuracy of plan details and confirmation of delivery
- Collaborating with internal teams to aggregate data and ensure accuracy, validating data from internal and external teams
- Monitoring campaign pacing to ensure purchases match plans/client goals
Requirements:
- Basic math skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated ability to learn various types of technology/software systems.
- Organized work process and detail-oriented.
