Job Description
Lightspeed is seeking an Implementation Manager to join their Launch Services team and support the NuORDER product in North America. Reporting to the Implementation Services Manager, the Implementation Manager will play a critical role in scoping and delivering implementation engagements while acting as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their onboarding journey.

What this role involves:
  • Understand B2B ecommerce, wholesale retailing, and merchandising principles.
  • Collaborate with clients, sales, and account management to understand and document customer goals.
  • Plan, organize, and manage all phases of project lifecycles.
  • Apply project management best practices across projects of varying complexity.
  • Oversee and manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.

Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience delivering consulting projects in customer-facing roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting complex, data-driven business applications in a B2B environment.
  • Comfortable discussing technical integrations within database and ERP landscapes.
  • Solid understanding of consulting processes, solution development, and project management.
  • Experience leading teams and engagements using agile techniques and frameworks.
  • Able to multitask and manage many projects simultaneously across different time zones.
  • Strong analytical thinking, with expertise in Excel, Salesforce, and Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools.
