Multilingual Content Specialist, Hospitality (FTC)

Job Description

Lightspeed is seeking a Multilingual Content Specialist to join their content team. This role focuses on creating content for Lightspeed's software solutions for restaurants. The ideal candidate will be fluent in at least two of the following languages: Dutch, French, or German.

The Multilingual Content Specialist will support the hospitality marketing team with campaign ideation and execution, editorial planning, and other initiatives. They will be responsible for delivering creative copy, localizing content, and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering creative copy for marketing and product launches.
• Crafting and localizing content for campaigns, events, blogs, and customer stories.
• Creating content for social media to strengthen brand presence.
• Managing website content with a focus on SEO.
• Localizing content from English into Dutch, French and/or German.
• Maintaining a unified brand voice and style.
• Staying up to date on hospitality industry news and trends.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in SAAS marketing, copywriting or journalism
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Native-level fluency in at least two of the following languages: Dutch, French, or German
• Experience writing and initiating ideas for social media
• Familiarity with content management systems like Wordpress and Hootsuite
• Excellent people skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
