Lightspeed is seeking a Multilingual Content Specialist to join their content team. This role focuses on delivering content for various projects across multiple channels, with a specialization in Lightspeed's software solutions for restaurants. The specialist will support the hospitality marketing team through campaign development, editorial planning, and market expansion initiatives. The role involves positioning Lightspeed as a leading platform for restaurants through impactful content.
Role Involves:
Delivering creative copy for marketing and product launches.
Crafting and localizing content for campaigns, events, blogs, and customer stories.
Creating social media content to enhance brand presence.
Managing website content with SEO optimization.
Localizing content from English into Dutch, French, and/or German.
Collaborating with content writers to maintain brand consistency.
Developing knowledge of products, customers, and building relationships with stakeholders.
Staying updated on hospitality industry trends.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in SaaS marketing, copywriting, or journalism.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Native-level fluency in at least two of Dutch, French, or German.
Experience writing and initiating ideas for social media.
Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress and Hootsuite.
Excellent people skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
