NL/FR Content Specialist

Job Description

Lightspeed is seeking a highly skilled and motivated NL/FR Content Specialist to join their dynamic content team. This role is pivotal in shaping the voice of Lightspeed Restaurant for the Dutch- and French-speaking markets in Europe. The Content Specialist will be responsible for delivering impactful content across various channels, supporting the hospitality marketing team with campaign development, editorial planning, and market expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess native-level proficiency in Dutch (or Flemish) and French, along with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

Role involves:

• Delivering creative copy for marketing strategies and product launches.
• Crafting and localizing content for campaigns, events, blogs, and customer stories.
• Creating engaging content for social media to enhance brand presence.
• Managing website content with a focus on SEO and user experience.
• Localizing content from English into Dutch and French.
• Collaborating with senior content writers to maintain brand consistency.
• Staying updated on hospitality industry trends.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in SAAS marketing, copywriting, or journalism.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Native-level proficiency in French and Dutch (or Flemish).
• Experience writing for social media.
• Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress and Hootsuite.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
