Lightspeed is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to join their Capital team in Ghent, Belgium. This role focuses on training, coaching, and empowering Capital Account Managers. The ideal candidate will design and deliver onboarding programs, conduct coaching sessions, and create learning content to drive results.

What this role involves:

  • Designing and delivering effective onboarding and training programs.
  • Running individual and group coaching sessions.
  • Creating playbooks, training decks, and e-learning modules.
  • Using tools like Salesforce and Gong to track training effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Underwriting teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales enablement, training, or coaching.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency with tools like Docebo, Gong, Articulate, Salesforce, and Google Workspace.
  • Fluency in Dutch or French AND English.
