BDA, a top global Merchandise Agency, is seeking a Payroll Specialist with experience in domestic and international payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of hands-on payroll experience, a deep understanding of ADP systems, and strong Excel skills. Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle payroll processing for U.S. and international employees
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Handle garnishments, deductions, and benefit withholdings accurately
- Utilize ADP systems for payroll input, reporting, and audits
- Develop and maintain payroll reports using Excel
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors
- Support internal and external audits
- Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies
Qualifications: - Minimum 6 years of payroll experience, including multi-state and international processing
- ADP Celergo experience required
- Strong ADP systems knowledge
- Fluent in both English and French required, German a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas)
- Solid understanding of payroll tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage confidential data with discretion
- Payroll certification is a plus

- Base salary range of €60,000 - €70,000
