Airtable is seeking a Marketing Operations Superstar to join their dynamic Marketing Operations team. This role is crucial in the design and execution phase of Airtable’s go-to-market motion. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a passion for process optimization.Role involves:
- Leading end-to-end execution of marketing campaign operations.
- Managing technical infrastructure and data flows between Marketo and related systems.
- Assessing new business requirements and translating them into process updates.
- Creating and managing compliant list import processes.
- Ensuring Sales Handoff is standardized and documented.
- Monitoring and managing lead flow processes.
- Investigating anomalies in lead data and implementing corrective actions.
- Developing and maintaining documentation for lead management processes.
- Assessing existing marketing operations workflows and implementing scalable solutions.
- Leading change management initiatives for new tools and processes.
- Training and supporting team members on updated processes and tools.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, CX Operations or Sales Operations (Ideally at a B2B SaaS company).
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Working knowledge of Sales and Marketing systems (e.g. Big Marker, Splash, Contentful, LeanData, Clearbit, Outreach, Hightouch etc) strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of leveraging analytics to improve sales and marketing effectiveness.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong bias for action.
- Ability to independently manage projects and contribute to team goals.
- Ability to build trust across organizational boundaries and drive alignment effectively.
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing funnels.
