Job Description
Lush is seeking a Part-Time Floor Leader for their store on NW 23rd Ave in Portland, Oregon. The Floor Leader will support the Store Management Team in driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring operational excellence. This role involves leading and inspiring a team of sales associates, coaching them on sales techniques and product knowledge, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.Responsibilities:
  • Driving sales and coaching the sales team
  • Delivering a world-class customer experience
  • Educating customers on Lush brand values
  • Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors
  • Managing cash handling and store opening/closing procedures
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
  • Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
  • Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
  • Problem-solving skills related to customer service
  • Experience in a fast-paced team environment
  • Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
