Job Description
Lush is seeking a Part-Time Floor Leader for their Park Royal Village location in West Vancouver. This role supports the Store Management Team in driving sales, providing exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence. The Floor Leader will lead and inspire a team of sales associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities include:
  • Driving sales and analyzing results using the StoreForce dashboard.
  • Delivering world-class customer experiences and product demonstrations.
  • Educating customers on Lush brand values and ethical initiatives.
  • Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors on sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Managing cash handling and store opening/closing procedures.
  • Maintaining a clean and visually appealing store.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
  • Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
  • Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
  • Problem-solving skills related to customer service.
  • Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs.
