Job Description
Scale is seeking a Director of Delivery Operations to drive world-class execution across its delivery organization. This role involves ensuring complex AI and ML programs are executed with precision, efficiency, and customer obsession. The Director will be responsible for both tactical execution and strategic leadership, from solving project-level bottlenecks to scaling systems and tooling.This role involves:
  • Leading and managing a team of senior delivery leaders.
  • Overseeing end-to-end delivery execution across multiple customer programs.
  • Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to build efficient systems.
  • Identifying bottlenecks and driving continuous improvements.
  • Acting as a thought partner to executive leadership.
  • Defining and reinforcing delivery standards and SLAs.
  • Championing a culture of ownership and innovation.
Requirements for this position include:
  • 7+ years of experience in scaling operational efforts at high-growth startups.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Deep operational fluency and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience designing and scaling systems and processes.
  • Strong product intuition and comfort working with technical teams.
  • Experience in AI/ML or tech-forward services is a plus.
