Job Description
Nubank, a large digital banking platform, is seeking a Fraud Support Specialist in Bogota, Colombia. This role involves acting as a liaison between Global Fraud and the local market, managing stakeholders, monitoring operational and investigative indicators, and managing operational crises. The specialist will also be responsible for mapping, updating, and reviewing investigative operational processes, training the team in fraud processes, and enhancing investigative strategies and tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Acting as the liaison between Global Fraud and the local market
  • Managing senior stakeholders within the squad, chapter, and BU
  • Monitoring operational indicators and implementing action plans
  • Monitoring investigative indicators and implementing action plans
  • Managing investigative operational crises
  • Mapping, updating, and reviewing investigative operational processes
  • Being responsible for training the team in fraud processes
  • Enhancing investigative strategies and tools to improve fraud detection and prevention


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance Fraud and Investigative Operations metrics
  • Ability to implement innovative practices that promote positive organizational environments
  • Competence in project management
  • Advanced or fluent English
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Collaborative teamwork skills
  • Engagement in continuous team development and training
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in global fraud investigations is a highly valued asset
