Job Description
Nubank is seeking a Lead Product Operations to join their team in Bogota, Colombia. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient operation of projects and processes within Nubank's operations. The Lead Product Operations will play a pivotal role in aligning global collections strategy with the local market, managing projects, and ensuring scalability and coordination between global and local teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing and executing strategies to support clients throughout the recovery process.
- Fostering clear communication with the indirectly reporting team and stakeholders.
- Preparing operations for accelerated growth by integrating new products or processes.
- Aligning the global collections strategy with the local market through project management.
- Owning a roadmap from end to end, evaluating priorities, and assessing ambiguous tradeoffs.
- Being the bridge between the Engineering team and the Regulatory team.
- Leading the day-to-day operations of the Engineering team.
- Tracking and reporting critical business and SLA/SLO metrics.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Previous experience in Collections.
- Fluent or native Spanish and English.
- Proven experience building roadmaps for tech products.
- Genuine curiosity about a technical ecosystem that supports all of our products.
- Proven track record designing and improving processes within a business area of the company encompassing third parties.
- Overall business acumen.
- Capacity to navigate in ambiguous situations, managing challenging stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Demonstrable track record of tactical stakeholder management.
- Experience building partnerships from inception to delivery.
