Job Description
AirTrunk is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team in Singapore. This role will focus on energy and utilities within the Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) region. The Senior Legal Counsel will work closely with the Legal, Climate, and Energy teams, providing legal expertise and guidance on energy, utilities, green power, and green energy transition initiatives. They will also advise on new strategies and processes related to energy and renewables to support AirTrunk's data center expansion.

Role Involves:
  • Reviewing and negotiating legal contracts related to energy and utilities.
  • Collaborating with various teams to implement and improve commercial arrangements and contractual frameworks.
  • Monitoring emerging energy and utility issues and ensuring compliance.
  • Providing legal support on AirTrunk’s strategic initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Law degree from an accredited law school and a current practicing certificate.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in energy, utilities, and renewables.
  • Experience advising on a broad range of energy and utilities-related areas.
  • Experience advising on large infrastructure projects across Asia Pacific & Japan.
  • Ability to apply sound judgment and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
