Job Description
Turing is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery for data annotation and AI training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, process improvement, client relations, and operational efficiency. A strong technical background in AI/ML data workflows will be advantageous.

Responsibilities:
  • Own full P&L responsibility for assigned projects.
  • Partner with Account Delivery DRI to create work plans and resource allocation strategies.
  • Lead weekly client reviews and manage expectations.
  • Implement and iterate on project planning, delivery, and closure SOPs.
  • Design and monitor KPIs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop teams of project managers and quality specialists.
  • Work closely with Horizontal Program Managers to secure resources.
  • Coordinate with fulfillment teams on flex staffing strategies and vendor management.
  • Deep dive into multimodal data annotation processes to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with ML engineering teams to optimize annotation guidelines.

Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing technical teams with P&L accountability.
  • Track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and continuous improvement processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from data.
  • Excellent communication skills for client-facing roles.
  • Business judgment for making trade-offs between quality, speed, and cost.
