Turing is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery for data annotation and AI training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, process improvement, client relations, and operational efficiency. A strong technical background in AI/ML data workflows will be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
Own full P&L responsibility for assigned projects.
Partner with Account Delivery DRI to create work plans and resource allocation strategies.
Lead weekly client reviews and manage expectations.
Implement and iterate on project planning, delivery, and closure SOPs.
Design and monitor KPIs.
Lead, mentor, and develop teams of project managers and quality specialists.
Work closely with Horizontal Program Managers to secure resources.
Coordinate with fulfillment teams on flex staffing strategies and vendor management.
Deep dive into multimodal data annotation processes to ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with ML engineering teams to optimize annotation guidelines.
Requirements:
8-12 years of experience.
Demonstrated success managing technical teams with P&L accountability.
Track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Experience with agile methodologies and continuous improvement processes.
Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from data.
Excellent communication skills for client-facing roles.
Business judgment for making trade-offs between quality, speed, and cost.
