IT Enhancement Manager

Job Description

Simtra BioPharma Solutions is seeking an IT Enhancement Manager to support corporate, manufacturing, and IT system enhancement requests. The Enhancement Manager will manage the intake, definition, prioritization, assignment, and disposition of all system enhancement requests globally. They will assist in clear definition, estimating, and setting expectations for completion, while ensuring effective communication with all team members and stakeholders. The position reports to the VP of Program and Project Management.Responsibilities:

• Managing enhancement requests (intake).
• Owning and improving the enhancement request and disposition process.
• Ensuring requests are well defined and complete.
• Collaborating with technology and business stakeholders to prioritize requests.
• Gathering weekly and monthly reporting for multiple levels of business and technology leadership.
• Fostering effective relationships with business partners, setting expectations, partnering, and enforcing process adherence.
• Ensuring adherence to all validation requirements and standards.
• Leading review meetings and ensuring clear actions are documented, assigned, and followed up on.
• Conducting presentations and facilitating meetings.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and making recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with business management acumen.
• Minimum of 6 years of IT application support, enhancement execution, or leadership of small IT projects.
• Strong communication skills at all levels, internal and external.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook and the ability to use enterprise software tools.
• Strong preference for candidates to be local to Parsippany, NJ.
