Associate Compliance Manager: Creator Platform

Job Description

Rockstar Games is seeking an Associate Compliance Manager for its Creator Platform in Bangalore, India. This role involves supporting the Creator Platform Compliance team, ensuring a safe environment for users of FiveM and RedM modification platforms for Grand Theft Auto 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2. The Associate Compliance Manager will contribute to the growth of the Compliance/Content Moderation team, create training materials, investigate user reports, and collaborate with Legal and Trust & Safety teams. They will also manage KPIs, execute projects to improve compliance operations, and provide feedback to product management and development teams.Role involves:

• Supporting the growth of the Compliance/Content Moderation team.
• Creating rigorous processes & training materials.
• Investigating user reports and internal leads.
• Collaborating with Legal and Trust & Safety teams.
• Managing Compliance-related KPIs.
• Executing projects to adopt new technologies.
• Providing feedback to product management and development teams.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in video games, media, or consumer technology.
• 3+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory operations, content moderation, or Trust & Safety.
• 2+ years of experience in leadership and management positions.
• Experience managing outsourced vendor partnerships.
• Experience working with monitoring internal standards and functional KPIs.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, flow diagramming software, B2C ticketing systems and presentation software.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
