Job Description
Bridgewater Associates is seeking an Associate Security Architect (Technical Risk) to join their Technology Risk Analysis team. The candidate will be responsible for assessing new technologies against security standards, improving the company’s controls assurance program, and providing technical guidance to junior analysts.
Role involves:
- Leading technical risk assessments of new technologies.
- Developing risk syntheses for stakeholders.
- Mentoring junior technology risk analysts.
- Improving the firm's controls assurance program.
- Collaborating to refine methodologies for technology risk evaluation.
- Staying current with emerging technology risks.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in cloud security, application security, or a related technical security field.
- Strong technical knowledge of cloud platforms and modern application security principles.
- Understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF).
- Experience conducting vendor security assessments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Proactive and detail-oriented.
- Collaborative and able to influence stakeholders.
Role offers:
