Driller Helper

Job Description

Dandelion Energy is seeking a dedicated Driller Helper to support geothermal drilling operations in Denver, CO. This role involves assisting with loading equipment, mixing materials, and supporting drilling procedures, all while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The Driller Helper will receive direct training from senior drillers and work with state-of-the-art geothermal technology.

• Assisting with loading and unloading drilling equipment and materials
• Driving company vehicles to and from job sites
• Supporting drilling procedures on the drilling platform
• Mixing drilling mud and grout
• Following all safety and quality standards and procedures
• Maintaining clean and orderly work areas and drilling platforms
• Performing basic maintenance on equipment at set intervals
• Conducting inventory checks as needed

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Physically able to lift 80–100 lbs overhead
• Comfortable operating or learning to operate heavy machinery
