Job Description
Amplitude is seeking a Senior Customer Success Architect to deliver innovative solutions to its customers. This role involves providing guidance on data management and consultative support on customer taxonomy and tech stack. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong curiosity for how things work.About the Role:
  • Serving as a trusted technical advisor for customers.
  • Providing strategic consultation in taxonomy design, instrumentation, and data governance.
  • Guiding customers in integrating Amplitude into additional data flows and business processes.
  • Gathering, organizing, and reporting trends and customer insights.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Platform Support, and Customer Success Manager teams.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of customer-facing technical experience with enterprise accounts.
  • Competency in programming languages and concepts (e.g., SQL, JavaScript, Java, Python, Android, iOS, RESTful APIs).
  • Execution and customer service-oriented skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, social, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mentality and positive attitude.
  • Prior experience with SaaS solutions in product analytics, digital marketing, A/B testing, business intelligence, customer data platforms, or data warehouses/pipelines is preferred.
