Amplitude is seeking a Senior Customer Success Architect to deliver innovative solutions to its customers. The candidate will provide guidance on data management and consultative support on customer taxonomy and tech stack. The ideal candidate will be located on the east coast (EST) and will be an enthusiastic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
As a Senior Customer Success Architect, the candidate will:
Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers.
Provide strategic consultation in taxonomy design, instrumentation, and data governance.
Guide customers as they integrate Amplitude into additional data flows and business processes.
Gather, organize, and report trends and customer insights to optimize business processes, documentation, and services.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Amplitude's Product, Engineering, Platform Support and Customer Success Manager.
The candidate should have:
Execution and customer service oriented skills.
Excellent verbal, written, social, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving mentality and positive attitude.
Prior experience working with SaaS solutions in product analytics, digital marketing, A/B testing, business intelligence, customer data platforms, data warehouses/pipelines, or any of our integration partners.
At least 5 years of customer facing technical experience.
Competence in programming languages and concepts that underpin modern web and mobile development (e.g. SQL, JavaScript, Java, Python, Android, iOS, RESTful APIs).
