Job Description
Amplitude is seeking a Senior Customer Success Architect to provide guidance on data management and consultative support on customer taxonomy and tech stack. The ideal candidate will be located on the east coast (EST). This role involves delivering innovative solutions to customers and maintaining clean product analytics data.Amplitude is the leading digital analytics platform that helps companies unlock the power of their products. Over 4,000 customers rely on Amplitude to gain self-service visibility into the entire customer journey.Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers.
  • Provide strategic consultation in taxonomy design, instrumentation, and data governance.
  • Guide customers in integrating Amplitude into data flows and business processes.
  • Gather, organize, and report trends and customer insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Platform Support, and Customer Success Manager teams.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of customer-facing technical experience with enterprise accounts.
  • Competent in programming languages and concepts (e.g., SQL, JavaScript, Java, Python, Android, iOS, RESTful APIs).
  • Execution and customer service-oriented skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, social, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mentality and positive attitude.
  • Prior experience with SaaS solutions in product analytics, digital marketing, A/B testing, business intelligence, customer data platforms, or data warehouses/pipelines is preferred.
