Flutter Engineer, Mid Level (US)

Job Description

Very Good Ventures is seeking a proactive and motivated Mid-Level Flutter Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-quality multi-platform applications and collaborating with clients and internal teams. This role primarily involves working with the U.S.-based team, including designers, product owners, and backend developers, to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Role Involves:

• Developing and maintaining scalable and efficient Flutter applications.
• Communicating effectively with clients to understand requirements and provide regular updates.
• Participating in code reviews and helping maintain and implement best practices across projects.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and proactively suggesting solutions.
• Staying up to date with the latest Flutter and Dart developments and tools.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Some experience with mobile application development in native iOS or Android (desired).
• Understanding of mobile architecture patterns and knowledge of Bloc.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and testing practices.
• Strong communication skills in both technical and client-facing settings.
• A growth mindset with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and share knowledge.
