Job Description
Adyen is seeking a Senior Commercial Business Manager to join its Financial Products team and help drive the commercialisation of Adyen’s Enterprise Banking offering. This role is crucial for contributing to Adyen’s strategic growth. The ideal candidate will be based in New York, Amsterdam, or London, and will report to the Commercial Leader - Financial Services and Financial Products.

Role involves:
  • Shaping and executing the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Enterprise Banking across multiple geographies and verticals.
  • Developing compelling value propositions tailored to strategic sub-verticals and geographies.
  • Building and managing a pipeline of opportunities in close partnership with Sales Leads to achieve revenue targets.
  • Driving new business opportunities.
  • Coaching Account Managers and supporting them in identifying and closing Enterprise Banking opportunities.
  • Ensuring pipeline health and accurate reporting.
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams.
  • Partnering with Marketing and Partnerships teams to launch internal and external awareness campaigns.
  • Contributing to defining the wider Financial Products strategy and supporting the development of new offerings.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in banking or treasury leadership.
  • Understanding of enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong communication, strategic thinking, and matrix management skills.
