IM Lead Unified Commerce - EMEA

Adyen is seeking an experienced Implementation Lead to head its Unified Commerce pillar across the EMEA region. In this manager-of-managers role, the candidate will lead multiple Team Leads, driving operational excellence and ensuring the successful delivery of implementation projects for Unified Commerce customers. • Leading, developing, and scaling Team Leads and Implementation Managers.
• Owning and overseeing the project portfolio within the pillar.
• Driving the quality and standardization of project delivery.
• Executing the EMEA IM strategy into a focused, pillar-specific roadmap.
• Serving as a strategic counterpart to country managers.
• Working with and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Acting as a final escalation point for complex operational challenges.
