PagerDuty is seeking a Solutions Consultant I to join their EMEA team, specifically in Lisbon. This role is positioned as a crucial link between pre-sales, sales, and customer experience/customer success sectors. The consultant will collaborate with sales leadership to propel the company's growth in the region.
The primary responsibility involves leveraging technical expertise to understand customer needs and demonstrate how PagerDuty's solutions can positively impact their digital operations. This includes conducting technical discovery, addressing RFP and security questionnaire inquiries, and aiding customers in designing seamless integrations with their existing tech.
The candidate should possess strong communication skills to articulate complex ideas to both technical and business audiences. They should also have experience selling SaaS solutions and be adept at multitasking, working independently, and collaborating within a cross-functional team.
