Implementation Engineer

Job Description

Adyen is seeking an Implementation Engineer to guide merchants through the integration of Adyen's payment solutions. The Implementation Engineer will serve as the primary technical contact for merchants, overseeing the design, development, testing, and launch phases of their integrations with Adyen's platform. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a strong focus on delivering an exceptional merchant experience.

The Implementation Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Account Managers, Product, and Engineering, to ensure seamless merchant experiences and drive continuous improvements. They will also provide consultation on optimizing payment solutions and work with Developers and Product Managers to enhance the platform.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience integrating with Web APIs.
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to identify and communicate pragmatic solutions to complex integration problems.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in the payments landscape is a plus.
