Adyen is seeking a Project Operations Manager to focus on the execution and delivery of complex global in-store projects. This role involves working with merchants to ensure the successful rollout of their in-store payment systems and supporting customers going live with Adyen's platform solution. Based in Paris, the Project Operations Manager will manage projects ranging from Point of Sale (POS) to marketplace e-commerce and card issuing program rollouts. They will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create a seamless service deployment experience for customers.
Role involves:
Managing the project lifecycle from start to finish.
Working closely with customers' project and technical teams.
Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Providing guidance on Adyen’s product.
Ensuring successful project handovers.
Contributing to internal process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
3+ years experience with setting up complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Experience in the Payments industry or Technical Background is a plus.
Customer-facing experience and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent Project Management skills.
Ability to interface and cooperate seamlessly with a global team.
Fluency/Business proficiency in both French and English.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
