Adyen is seeking a People Operations Specialist to join their Global HR Innovations Team. Adyen is a financial technology platform that provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution. This role is based in San Francisco and is a hybrid position, valuing in-person collaboration.
Role involves:
Championing HR automation, data, and scale.
Building and extending HR self-service tools.
Managing and improving the employee lifecycle.
Managing benefits administration.
Managing HR compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Maintaining HRIS system and employee data.
Acting as a first point of contact for employee inquiries.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in a People/HR Operations role.
Experience with an HRIS, preferably Workday.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
