Sr. Solutions Consultant I at PagerDuty

PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to join their team in Lisbon. In this role, the individual will understand customer needs and design demonstrations to showcase PagerDuty’s product strengths. The Senior Solutions Consultant will provide technical guidance and support throughout the pre-sales and implementation process, ensuring customer success. This role is crucial for helping customers realize the value of PagerDuty’s Operations Cloud by understanding their environments and supporting integrations.

The Senior Solutions Consultant acts as a consultant, technical salesperson, and product specialist, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. They will manage relationships with internal and external partners, regardless of their level. The individual should be able to convey complex technical concepts clearly to partners.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and presenting demonstrations of PagerDuty’s platform
• Assisting in the technical discovery process
• Helping customers design integrations
• Delivering product and technical briefings to potential clients
• Maintaining notes and feedback in CRM tools
• Sharing best practices with other Solution Consultants

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of pre-sales experience, preferably selling SaaS solutions
• Strong communication skills
• Project management and account management experience
• Ability to travel to customer sites (30%)
