Job Description
Adyen is seeking a Revenue Operations Technology Manager to own and optimize the commercial tech stack (excluding Salesforce) and merchant-facing project tools used by the Professional Services team. Adyen is a financial technology platform that provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft.
This role focuses on building scalable, high-impact solutions that support growth, streamline customer onboarding, improve tools and workflows, uncover inefficiencies, and drive automation and integration to boost ROI and enhance the merchant experience. The Revenue Operations Technology Manager will join the Revenue Operations Tooling team, part of RevOps.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations, with a strong focus on selecting, implementing, and managing third-party tools.
- Proven expertise configuring and administering project and work management platforms (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Asana).
- Hands-on experience with GTM-function technologies, including CPQ, CLM, sales-enablement, and customer-success platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-driven work automation and analytics tools, including experience building and deploying AI agents and chatbots and prompt-engineering for large language models and generative AI workflows.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent analytical aptitude and solid technical fluency.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with autonomy in project leadership and decision-making.
- Robust problem-solving capabilities and comfort navigating ambiguity.
