Studio IT Coordinator

PlayStation is seeking a Studio IT Coordinator to join their team in San Diego. This role is hybrid/onsite and focuses on providing excellent customer service and meeting the demands of the game production environment. The Studio IT Coordinator will help manage the demands of the team, between reactive requests and project deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with IT Site Managers and on-site support teams.
• Drive Studio IT sites to deliver common project goals.
• Champion communication and coordination between Studio IT sites.
• Prepare reports and presentations on Studio IT accomplishments.
• Help create and maintain a documentation catalog of services.
• Escort complex service tasks for high-level engagements.
• Set expectations and communicate to project stakeholders.
• Help develop and maintain life cycle management processes.
• Gather requirements for process mapping and improvement.
• Report on internal initiative tasks.
• Assist with shipping and receiving of IT Assets.
• Help facilitate the onboarding and offboarding process.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of “project management" or “operations” experience.
• Insatiable organizer with great attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Finely-tuned communication skills.
• Adaptability to fast-paced IT environments.
