Value Creation Specialist

Job Description

EBANX, a leading payment platform, is seeking a Value Creation Specialist to join their Corporate Initiatives Team. This role will support Country Managers, leveraging financial analysis and project management skills. The specialist will collaborate with various business areas, including finance, product, operations, and commercial teams, serving as the financial backbone for the Value Creation Regional team.

Role involves:

• Developing materials for Value Creation cadences.
• Collaborating with country HUBs to prioritize topics.
• Leading weekly meetings and tracking action plans.
• Providing ad hoc financial analysis for LATAM regions.
• Assisting in executing operational tasks.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in payments, e-commerce, or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience with FP&A and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Advanced skills in English and native Spanish.
