Job Description

OKX, a leading crypto exchange, is seeking a Head of Growth for its European operations. This role is based in Sliema, Malta, and involves developing and implementing the EEA market-specific growth strategy, aligning with the company's overall business objectives. The Head of Growth will collaborate with regional management teams in EEA and global marketing teams to tailor digital marketing strategies, PR, campaigns, content creation, SEO/SEM/ASO, social media, and offline activation to local EEA needs. Role involves:

• Developing and implementing the EEA market-specific growth strategy.
• Aligning local growth needs and targets with the group's global marketing plan.
• Leading all EEA-user communication efforts.
• Owning the entire user lifecycle management process.
• Preparing for regulatory compliance in marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience in Marketing/Growth in the Crypto industry.
• Exceptional communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurship mentality.
• A passion for crypto and digital assets.
• Organized and experienced with project management or equivalent.
• Fluency in another language.
• Based in, or willing to relocate to Malta.
