Fraud Risk Strategy Director

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Fraud Risk Strategy Director to join their team in Hong Kong. The Fraud Risk Strategy team plays a pivotal role in safeguarding against fraud and mitigating associated risks while minimizing impact on user experience and business operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fraud risk management and strategy, preferably in Crypto, Fintech, or Payments. They will be responsible for developing real-time alert systems, owning risk controls, and working with internal stakeholders to develop custom risk management strategies.Role involves:

• Developing real-time alert systems based on key risk indicators.
• Owning risk controls from end-to-end.
• Working with internal stakeholders in Product, Growth, Data Science and Engineering.
• Using data to assess risk and make decisions.
• Managing strategy dashboard by tracking all strategies data metrics.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Risk Management policies and strategies, preferably in Crypto, Fintech, or Payments.
• Deep understanding of fraud risk management and strategy in multiple fraudulent behaviors.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Proficient in tools such as SQL, risk rule writing engines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.
