Job Description
Recorded Future is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to collaborate with hiring managers and leaders in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will secure top talent to drive business growth.
The role involves:
- Partnering with hiring managers to assess needs and job specifications.
- Consulting on recruiting strategies and offering solutions.
- Ensuring a high-touch candidate experience.
- Managing full life cycle recruiting.
- Recruiting for roles across multiple business units and regions.
- Driving innovative sourcing strategies.
- Collaborating with Employment Branding on targeted campaigns.
The candidate should bring:
- 5+ years of SaaS recruiting experience (cybersecurity preferred).
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
- Experience evolving interview practices with a focus on candidate experience and automation.
- Experience partnering with HR teams.
- Experience running targeted searches and engagement campaigns.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS (preferred).
