Engineering Owner, Integrations

Job Description

Recorded Future, a leading intelligence company, is seeking an Engineering Owner, Integrations to join their global team in Gothenburg, Sweden. The Engineering Owner will manage a team of professionals focused on building and improving partner integration solutions. This role involves close collaboration with colleagues in Ukraine, Sweden, and the US.Responsibilities include:

• Working in a global Integrations team
• Exploring new possibilities within partner platforms
• Serving as the technical contact for partnerships
• Evaluating new capabilities and technologies
• Providing guidelines, best practices, and coaching to the team
• Contributing to planning, estimates, and work breakdown
• Providing documentation and conducting knowledge-sharing sessions
• Managing the team, including 1-1s and merit conversations
• Handling hiring responsibilities

Requirements include:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Manager or Technical Lead
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Experience with large-scale, cloud-based production environments
• Experience as a developer, preferably with Python
• Understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms
• Ability to take initiatives and collaborate across teams
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
