Job Description
aCommerce is seeking a Technical Pre-sales Specialist to support sales teams in designing e-commerce solutions for clients. The role involves understanding client needs and recommending technical solutions. The candidate will enable business development and organize a new deal pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Qualifying clients' technical e-commerce needs.
- Gathering business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Drafting Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Collaborating with internal teams.
- Presenting aCommerce's value proposition.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and systems is a plus.
