Wayve is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the effort in building their science team with top machine learning talent. This role involves shaping hiring strategies, delivering exceptional candidate experiences, and bringing in the talent needed to scale the team. The Technical Talent Acquisition Partner will play a key role in building a diverse and high-performing team across machine learning and research science functions.
- Own end-to-end hiring for all science in North America.
- Partner with Science leadership to understand hiring needs.
- Source and engage exceptional candidates.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience.
- Use data to improve funnel conversion and hiring quality.
- Support hiring managers with interviewing and feedback.
- Collaborate with the People & Talent team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience hiring for machine learning roles.
- Strong sourcing skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Experience working in-house.
- Passion for candidate experience and inclusive hiring practices.
