Job Description
Guidepost Montessori is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to support a mixed-age class of Infants, Toddler, and Preschool children in a Montessori environment. The Assistant Teacher will help foster independence, self-confidence, and a love of learning in children aged 0-6 years. They will work closely with the lead teacher to prepare the environment, provide individualized support, and cultivate a collaborative community.

Responsibilities:
  • Observe children to understand their needs.
  • Prepare an orderly environment.
  • Provide individual and small-group lessons.
  • Form personal connections with each child.


Requirements:
  • Experience working with children ages 3-6 in a school setting.
