No formal Montessori training is required, as the company provides training during orientation. Role Involves:
  • Supporting mixed-age Montessori classrooms.
  • Providing coverage for full-time teachers who are absent.

Requirements:
  • Negative TB test within the last 12 months.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Valid state background check.
  • Warm and friendly demeanor.
  • ECE units or recent teaching experience with children aged 0-6 (preferred).
