Job Description
Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Substitute Teacher to join their team in Richardson, Texas. This is an on-call position that supports multiple mixed-age Montessori classrooms. The Substitute Teacher role is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door at Guidepost Montessori, with potential to transition into a full-time Assistant Teacher.
    Role Involves:
  • Supporting mixed-age Montessori classrooms
  • Providing coverage for full-time teachers
  • Participating in training and onboarding
    Requirements:
  • Negative TB test within the last 12 months
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Valid state background check
  • Warm and friendly demeanor
  • ECE units or recent teaching experience with children 0-6 (preferred)
