Job Description
Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Substitute Teacher in Frisco, TX, to support mixed-age Montessori classrooms. No formal Montessori training is required, as training will be provided during orientation. This on-call position offers a chance to cover for full-time teachers and potentially transition into a full-time Assistant Teacher role.

Role Involves:
  • Supporting multiple mixed-age Montessori classrooms.
  • Providing coverage for full-time teachers who are out sick or on vacation.

Requirements:
  • Negative TB test within the last 12 months.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Valid state background check.
  • Warm and friendly demeanor.
  • ECE units or recent teaching experience with children 0-6 (preferred).
