Job Description
Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Substitute Teacher to join their team in West Lake Hills, Texas. This is an on-call position that supports multiple mixed-age Montessori classrooms. No formal Montessori training is required, as the company provides training during orientation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join the school community and potentially transition into a full-time Assistant Teacher.

Role Involves:
  • Supporting mixed-age Montessori classrooms
  • Providing coverage for full-time teachers

Requirements:
  • Negative TB test within the last 12 months
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Valid state background check
  • Warm and friendly demeanor
  • ECE units or recent teaching experience with children 0-6 (preferred)
