Job Description
Guidepost Montessori School at Bee Cave is seeking a Lead Children's House Guide to empower 3 to 6-year-olds. The Lead Guide will support a mixed-age class of preschool children in a Montessori environment. Guidepost Montessori is a growing network of over 100 schools across the U.S. and Asia.Role involves:
  • Observing each child to understand their needs.
  • Preparing an orderly environment.
  • Cultivating independence and self-confidence.
  • Providing individual and small-group lessons.
  • Forming personal connections with each child.
  • Communicating with parents.
Ideal candidate has:
  • Obtained or is willing to obtain a Montessori diploma for 3-6.
  • Experience working with children ages 3-6.
  • Familiarity with child-led philosophies.
  • Earned a Bachelor’s Degree.
