Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Lead Infant Teacher for their Brushy Creek school in Cedar Park, Texas. The Lead Infant Teacher will nurture infants in an environment designed for growth, exploration, and independence. The teacher will support a mixed-age class of infant-age children in a Montessori environment.Role involves:
  • Observing each child to understand their needs.
  • Preparing an orderly environment that fosters trust and independence.
  • Cultivating independence and self-confidence.
  • Forming personal connections with each child.
  • Communicating and collaborating with parents.
Requirements:
  • Interest in pursuing certified Montessori training or prior Montessori diploma.
  • Experience working with children ages 0-3 in a group setting.
  • Familiarity with child-led philosophies or openness to learning more.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (any subject).
